With Psychologist Dr. Ashurina Ream
Do you feel like you are running on empty? Are you in need of rest but don’t know where to start? Motherhood is a day in, day out commitment that easily lends itself to burnout. Join this week’s episode where @psychedmommy Dr. Ashurain Ream and I discuss how to recognize (and prevent) burnout in motherhood and ways to manage it.
