With Sleep Consultant Rosalee Lahaie Hera
Who came up with the saying sleep like a baby? If your baby is anything like mine, they are not good sleepers. I get several questions about how to improve baby sleep and help everyone in the home get more rest. Given that sleep is so fundamental to mom and baby’s wellbeing I have invited Sleep Consultant Rosealee of @babysleeplove to teach some of the fundamentals of fostering independent sleep.
Rosalee Lahaie Hera is a Certified Pediatric & Newborn Sleep Consultant, a Certified Potty Training Consultant, and the founder of Baby Sleep Love. She’s also a Mom to two beautiful little humans. Rosalee is a researcher at heart with a background in healthcare management and a passion for sleep science. She takes a highly analytical approach and uses proven, evidence-based approaches to help families all across the world get the sleep they need.
