Terra LaRock is the Founder and CEO of Mindful Mamas, a wellness company dedicated to moms and moms-to-be. The Mindful Mamas self-care and mindfulness app launched in March 2020. Terra is a psychologist, women’s health advocate, writer, and the mother of two small children. She leads a large online community of mothers with the art of mindfulness and meditation.
